Responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive first impression of the company

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming environment
  • Manage visitor logs and provide badges
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and making copies
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and other events
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and manage office supplies and inventory
