Job Description:

This position is about ensuring guests have a memorable experience at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong by providing smooth check-in and check-out processes, delivering excellent guest services, and following the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton. The primary responsibility is to encapsulate luxury and care for the guests.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share the highlights of the local area
maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
