Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile and professional Front Office Administrator to join our team at a leading global financial institution. As the primary point of contact for our Athens branch, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing essential support to our executive leadership. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and values team spirit and accountability. Very good level of English is required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the central switchboard, receiving phone calls, and taking accurate messages for the General Manager and Department Heads
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the branch with a professional demeanor
  • Providing secretarial support to various groups, including preparing and sending professional letters
  • Coordinating and arranging business trips, including flight and hotel reservations for the 2S and FIC departments
  • Registering and distributing departmental mail, as well as ordering office equipment and bank supplies
  • Organizing catering for business seminars and internal meetings, and handling reservations for management business lunches and dinners
  • Managing the preparation, printing, and bookbinding of written presentations for management and personnel
  • Booking taxis for staff as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in admin or office receptionist role
