Job Description:

Front of House & Facilities Coordinator for a prestigious private medical clinic located in Harley Street, London. The role involves leading reception services while overseeing daily facilities management in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct regular checks of the premises to ensure everything is in top shape
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, managing contractor visits
  • Monitor safety equipment and uphold compliance with building standards
  • Lead fire safety procedures and maintain first aid readiness
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain logs to support audits for regulatory compliance
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors
  • Be the first point of contact for operational issues, supporting smooth daily scheduling
  • Handle post, courier bookings, and stock control with efficiency
  • Provide administrative support and cover for colleagues when needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities coordination or senior front of house roles
  • Strong understanding of building safety, compliance, and risk management
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confident in using IT systems, including G-Suite and scheduling tools
