Requirements

5+ years’ experience with front-end web technologies
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science (6 years of relevant experience or training can be substituted for the degree requirement)
In-depth knowledge web front-end engineering best practices and techniques
Adept at using web services (APIs) to build front-end applications
Expert-level knowledge in front-end technologies html, css
Experience with a variety of HTML frameworks (eg: bootstrap)
Expert-level knowledge of css preprocessors (LESS/SCSS/SASS)
Expert-level knowledge and experience with javascript and multiple javascript frameworks & libraries (Angular/jQuery/React/Vue/etc)
Experience with ES6+
Experience with Typescript

Job Responsibility

Drive development and internal standards on all technical aspects of front-end delivery
Heavy focus on performance in large-scale web applications
Stays abreast of new technologies. Proposes and implements new processes and techniques. Proposes inclusion of new technology into existing products and new solutions
Focus on building modular layouts, reusable code and libraries for future use
Architecture and setup of client-side unit tests
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Help set technical standards and best practices for the front-end team

Job Responsibility

Build out a new set of UIs for the institutional team, with deep consideration for UX and performance
Develop innovative visualizations of the user portfolio and responsive UIs
Work closely with our traders through implementation to build optimized and efficient internal tools
Write well-tested, reliable code for use by trading, operation and support teams with large amounts of data and live updates
Proactively collaborate with team members, ensuring the sharing of knowledge and efficient division of labor

4+ years of experience building web apps
Interest in building a complex web application using TypeScript, React, Styled Components, Zustand, and GraphQL/Apollo
Experience with rendering node based diagrams and flows is a plus
