Job Description:

The Guest Experience Specialist takes ownership of the guest experience by delivering services, addressing guest requests, and ensuring quality interactions in the main areas of the hotel. Tasks include operational processing, delivering meals, and enhancing the guest stay experience. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds as well as maintaining professionalism in appearance and communication. The role requires adhering to company policies and upholding quality standards while fostering a guest-first environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
address guest requests
process operational needs
complete reports
deliver quality meals
share highlights of the local area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
follow company policies and procedures
