Regular Full-Time Front Desk Manager position at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. The role involves leading the Rooms team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding luxury standards in a high-desert resort setting.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all Front of House Rooms operations, including Front Desk Agents and Bell Attendants
Uphold Four Seasons luxury standards, placing the guest experience at the center of all decisions
Ensure Front Desk operations adhere to all financial, credit, and audit procedures
Actively support operations with a hands-on approach, leading by example
Drive room revenue, cost efficiencies, and guest satisfaction through innovation and adaptability
Demonstrate strong business acumen, achieving financial goals through effective labor management and control of supplies and operating expenses
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience
luxury hospitality experience preferred
Familiarity with Opera PMS strongly preferred
Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
