We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a Contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and attentive communication
Greet visitors and clients warmly, serving as the first point of contact and providing concierge-style assistance
Organize and maintain files and documents to ensure easy accessibility and efficient record-keeping
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support administrative operations
Coordinate schedules and appointments while maintaining seamless communication with team members
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to perform daily tasks and create reports
Support the office with general administrative duties, ensuring the workspace remains organized and functional
Address customer inquiries with care, ensuring their needs are met and concerns resolved
Assist in planning and organizing office events or meetings as necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems with ease and professionalism
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client interactions effectively
Expertise in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various office tasks
Exceptional organizational skills, including maintaining accurate records and files
Ability to perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients
