Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests and visitors, creating a positive and attentive first impression
Coordinate office activities such as scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms
Distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the appropriate recipients
Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels
Provide administrative support including data entry and preparation of documents
Oversee security procedures, including visitor check-ins and badge management
Collaborate with team members to promote an organized and productive office environment
Maintain accurate logs of visitor entries and scheduled appointments
Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality protocols
Requirements:
Experience in receptionist or front desk duties, with a strong focus on customer service
Familiarity with concierge services and handling visitor needs
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations
Ability to efficiently answer and route inbound calls
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
