Front Desk Coordinator

• Greet visitors and coordinate their check-in process in collaboration with security and relevant departments
• Ensure the front desk, lobby, and shared office spaces remain tidy and well-maintained
• Manage conference room bookings, assist with meeting preparations, and provide hospitality support during onsite events
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as packages and deliveries
• Collaborate with facilities, security, and internal teams to maintain efficient daily office operations
• Offer additional assistance during high-traffic periods, meetings, and corporate events
• Safeguard sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment

• Prior experience in front desk, reception, hospitality, or office support roles is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic office setting
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
• Comfortable working in a public-facing role within an onsite position
• Consistent reliability and punctuality are essential

Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and concierge services is a plus
