We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to support our team on a part-time, temporary basis through the end of the year. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also handling a variety of office support tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with light invoicing and basic data entry
Coordinate office lunch orders and manage deliveries
Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining supplies
Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor
