We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence
Support tax processing activities as needed
Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable at all times
Provide concierge services by addressing client inquiries and offering assistance
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication tasks
Uphold a positive and approachable attitude to align with company culture
Requirements:
Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and inbound call handling
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage mail distribution and basic administrative tasks
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Outgoing personality and adaptability to various situations
