We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent service to residents and guests. As the first point of contact as a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome residents and visitors with a warm and attentive demeanor
Facilitate visitor check-ins and provide clear directions as needed
Respond to resident inquiries and ensure questions are appropriately relayed to the General Manager
Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Assist in scheduling and appointment management when required
Handle incoming calls and emails with care, directing them to the appropriate person or department
Requirements:
Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is essential
A background in hospitality or property management is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including phone and email correspondence
Familiarity with basic office software and systems
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
