We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations. Job Responsibility:
Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Manage client intake processes and maintain accurate records
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Provide front office support, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment
Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize workflow
Assist with administrative tasks and document management
Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries and resolve issues
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure front desk supplies are stocked
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
Strong proficiency in receptionist duties, including answering calls and managing inquiries
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry
Experience with client intake processes and maintaining detailed records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of administrative practices and office equipment
High level of reliability and professionalism in all interactions
