Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent at The Westin Nanjing Xuanwu Lake. This role involves guest check-in and check-out, securing payments, managing inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction. Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations are essential for success.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and changes
secure payments and activate room keys
verify and adjust billing
communicate room availability to staff
handle guest inquiries and requests
arrange transportation for guests
operate telephone switchboard and manage reports
handle cash and payment processing
report theft and safety concerns
maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
anticipate and address guest needs
support team efforts and adhere to quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
fluency in spoken and written professional communication
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
