Responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent customer service, managing payments, and ensuring quality guest experiences as part of the W Macau - Studio City team
Job Responsibility:
Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and activating room keys
process payments including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
resolve late or disputed charges during check-outs
coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness
communicate parking procedures
supply guests with directions and information about property and local attractions
run daily reports and identify special requests
answer guest calls, requests, and inquiries
complete cashier and closing reports
balance and drop receipts
follow company standards and policies
welcome and assist guests with service needs
assist individuals with disabilities
anticipate and address guest needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
follow company safety and security policies
maintain confidentiality
professional appearance
positive working relationships
physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
