Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
create a safe work place
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
move, lift, carry, push, pull, place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:
