Job Description:

Build and create memorable guest experiences at Marriott Dallas Uptown by assisting with check-ins, guest needs, and other responsibilities while maintaining Marriott's high-quality standards and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of the local area
Creating memorable and unique experiences for guests

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Protecting company assets
Upholding quality standards
Ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
Performing other reasonable job duties as requested
