Job Description:

Full-time Fresh Food Manager position at Circle K retail store, responsible for leading a team in a high performance, target driven environment with focus on safety and customer experience

Job Responsibility:

Overall responsibility for a Circle K deli and making it easy for our customers and teams
Coaching, training, and leading our people
Championing a world class customer experience in store
Merchandising our food offer
Preparing Food and K coffee
Cleaning throughout the store

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' Supervisory/Management experience ideally in a food environment
Proven track record of consistently delivering results
Demonstrating and leading the team to deliver high levels of customer service
Strives to achieve and surpass goals and expectations with a high sense of urgency
Takes ownership for personal success
Demonstrates a desire to grow and undertake additional responsibility
IT literate
Strong leadership skills
