Lead a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is an 18-month fixed term contract with immediate start or after 4 weeks notice.

Lead and mentor a team of talented customer service agents

Requirements:
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in a customer service role
Experience in a supervisory or leadership position
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
