Job Description:

This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or from the ones that are planning to relocate here as soon as possible! You will have the chance to serve the French speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve issues through various support channels such as calls, emails or online chats
Offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
Provide a high level of customer service to the French speaking clients at all times
Delight customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements:

Native level in French
Fluency in English
An EU work permit
PC literacy
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client-centric mindset
Be positive, upbeat and thrive on helping others in a friendly way
