We’re on the lookout for a Content Writer to create engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimized content for our sports and iGaming – Western Europe Business Unit. If you’re a skilled writer with a passion for sports, betting, and digital storytelling — and love turning ideas into impactful, data-driven articles — this role is for you. You’ll join forces with our Content Managers, Editors, and SEO specialists to produce content that informs, inspires, and performs across NSN’s network of high-traffic websites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Write original, high-quality articles following provided briefs, tone, and structure
  • Adapt your style to match different markets, audiences, and brands
  • Ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and a consistent, engaging tone
  • Meet content volume and deadline expectations while maintaining top editorial quality
  • Research relevant topics, trends, and operators to ensure up-to-date and reliable information
  • Bring first-hand experience and in-depth expertise where applicable
  • Apply SEO best practices (keywords, internal linking, meta tags, structured formatting)
  • Optimize content for visibility, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to update and improve existing content
  • Monitor article performance and use feedback to refine writing and targeting
  • Review and refresh older content to maintain relevance and authority
  • Work closely with Editors and Content Managers to refine drafts and integrate feedback
  • Maintain consistent tone and quality across brands and markets
  • Participate in content workshops and reviews to continuously improve
  • Communicate proactively about progress, challenges, and content ideas
  • Ensure all content complies with editorial, brand, and regulatory standards — particularly for iGaming and sports-related topics
  • Maintain accuracy and neutrality when covering operators, games, or predictions
  • Proofread your own work to minimize revisions
  • Stay informed on market regulations, trends, and audience expectations

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent English and French speaker
  • Significant experience as a Content Writer, Journalist, or SEO Copywriter — ideally in sports, iGaming, or related digital media fields
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital publishing
  • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about delivering high-quality content
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
