Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Fraud Prevention Strategies: Create and improve fraud detection strategies, Stay ahead of emerging fraud trends, Monitor tools and systems
  • Player Account Management: Handle account disputes, Blacklist suspicious accounts, Monitor and investigate suspicious activities, Analyse user behaviour
  • Communication with Stakeholders: Provide reports to management, Liaise with payment providers
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work with other departments, Provide training

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify fraud patterns and trends
  • Familiarity with fraud detection software and tools
  • Understanding of financial transactions, payment methods, and fraud tactics
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple investigations at once
  • Ability to strategise and implement fraud systems on a global scale
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of online payments and fraud in various regions
