Job Description:

Our client is a leading appliance company with a growing presence in Japan. They are looking for an FP&A Specialist responsible for managing daily operations of FP&A, supporting growth opportunities, and assisting with business planning, budgeting, and reporting tasks. The role requires strong financial acumen and skills in Excel.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the daily operations of FP&A with the Finance and Accounting team
Support new growth opportunities in the market
Supporting the Business Planning cycles with Manager and working closely with the local finance team
Supporting expense budgeting and forecasting
Partnering with Manager for timely and accurate reporting
Business partnering across multiple time zones

Requirements:

3-5 years relevant work experience in FP&A
Understanding of Finance, P/L, Cash Flow, and Tax
Strong financial acumen
Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
