A leading provider of data-driven marketing solutions, leveraging extensive purchasing data to empower businesses with strategic insights. Role: Drive comprehensive FP&A activities, including budget/forecast management, financial analysis, and P&L oversight.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, variable costs, and fixed costs to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise financial reports for management and stakeholders
  • Partner with department heads to provide financial guidance and support key business decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems

Requirements:

  • 7-8+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on management accounting
  • Proven experience leading budget and forecast processes
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Native-level Japanese language skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/BI systems

Nice to have:

  • Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher, or US CPA qualification
