Job Description:

This leadership role in Japan will head Financial Planning and Analysis and responsible of leading budgeting and forecasting processes, overseeing investment projects, representing the FP&A function in projects, and managing a team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead all budgeting and forecasting processes for financial and non-financial sectors within Japan
  • Oversee boutique investment projects
  • Represent the FP&A function in local and global projects
  • Manage a team, including business partners from all business divisions and corporate functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in consumer goods
  • Experience managing projects and leading/coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
