We’re looking for a proactive and driven Founder Associate to support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and operational priorities critical to the growth and success of the company. In this role, you will act as a trusted right-hand person to the CEO, helping to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and deliver key insights that drive decision-making. You will gain exposure across business functions and play a vital role in shaping the company’s trajectory. This role reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with leadership and core teams to ensure smooth execution of high-impact projects.
Job Responsibility:
Support CEO-led strategic initiatives by conducting research, analyzing market and internal data, and developing actionable recommendations that accelerate business growth
Manage project timelines, cross-team communications, and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective completion of priority projects
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials that clearly communicate complex ideas and progress updates to stakeholders
Oversee and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, efficiently scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to optimise their time
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, helping to translate strategic goals into operational plans and tracking key milestones
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies across the organisation
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies to support strategic planning
Participate in key meetings and help synthesize discussion points into actionable next steps
Requirements:
A minimum C1 level of English proficiency is required
Fluent or native Polish speaker
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tech or fintech industry in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset
Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teams
Highly organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurially minded and eager to learn and take ownership
