Job Description:

At Dot we help organizations like Airbyte, Babbel, Duolingo, Fastly, Flix or GLS to analyze data with an AI assistant. Our mission is to help everybody in an organization to take data-driven decisions. We do that by allowing data teams to train an AI assistant on their company data, so users can chat with their business data in Slack, Teams or a web interface. As a Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. You’ll work directly with customers to make Dot successful in real environments: diagnose issues, unblock users and data teams, build lightweight tooling/workarounds, and feed the learnings back into the product so we can scale enablement across all customers. This is not a data pipeline role. It’s a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on making Dot work reliably and quickly for real AI analytics workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on SOTA AI systems to create the future of analytics
  • be an early member of the team with significant influence on both the product and the company
  • respond to and triage incoming support requests from both internal and external teams
  • provide guidance to customer engineers and unblock their workflows
  • take ownership as the first responder when things go wrong
