As a Forklift Training Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of their warehouse operations, responsible for training, mentoring, and certifying new forklift operators on the Crown Reach truck. Your expertise will ensure that the team operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role is perfect for a Forklift Training Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys sharing their knowledge with others. You will spend the first 3-4 months training on the day shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) to get acquainted with the team and processes. Following this initial period, you will transition to an afternoon or night shift, offering flexibility in your work schedule. The work environment is a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility, maintaining a temperature between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius to handle dry and confectionary products. Your role is critical to the operational success of the facility, making this a key position within the Randstad Operational framework.
