Food Team Leader

• Ensuring operations of all food areas operate in accordance with IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements
• Promoting a safety first culture
• Securing an irresistible food offer by ensuring quality and appealing range presentation
• Utilising everyday commercial opportunities to grow sales and profitability
• Ensuring customers are always in focus with daily dialogue and acting on feedback
• Ensuring kitchen area is well maintained with daily work routines
• Contributing to and supporting implementation of store Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan

• Experience of and enjoy leading and developing a team
• Genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Experience in food production, food safety, retail and food service is considered an advantage
• Inspired by IKEA leadership approach
• Fluent communication in German and English
• Available to work from Monday to Saturday, in both early and late shifts
