Job Responsibility:
Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and guest needs are met
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties

Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
Serve as a role model and first point of contact for issues
Follow safety and security policies and procedures
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Provide quality service to individuals with disabilities
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Recommend and implement ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety
