Job Description:

IKEA Exeter is seeking Food Production Operatives for part-time roles to prepare meals in the busy customer restaurant. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing and making meals using our ovens and kitchen equipment
Maintaining the kitchen as a safety-first, fast-paced environment
Preparing for the next day's trade and managing waste
Following a cleaning schedule and ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen to a high standard.

Requirements:

Prior kitchen and catering experience is a plus, but not required if you are hands-on and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team
Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.
