Job Responsibility:

Working throughout the Kitchen preparing and serving delicious meals, operating tills, maintaining a spotless dining area, and working behind the scenes with kitchen equipment like dishwashers
Ensure our food range is consistently stocked and beautifully presented for every customer
Create layout plans that bring new menu ranges to life and enhance the customer experience
Use digital tools to set production volumes for both hot and cold dishes in our customer and staff restaurants
Track food waste digitally, set team goals, and drive smart actions to reduce waste and boost sustainability
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

Requirements:

Previous food preparation and customer service experience is essential
You have an interest & knowledge in food and are passionate that food is served at the highest quality at all times providing customers with an excellent experience
Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team
Ability to prioritise work in an extremely fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work in other areas within Kitchen, Restaurant and dish wash
Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older
