Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring guests are always in focus, initiating a constant dialogue and taking actions to improve the customer experience
contributing in the creation of the IKEA store business plan and ensuring that national and global strategies are aligned with local priorities
ensuring a relevant IKEA Food offer by combining and driving range presentation, volume and commercial priorities
promoting a safety first culture and ensuring routines are known by colleagues and followed in all daily work

Requirements:

Previous management experience from high volume retail or multi-unit food service industry
experience of creating and implementing action plans, setting budgets and meeting and following up on goals
strong leadership skills to lead and inspire a big team
