Job Responsibility:

Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations
Be an approachable and confident team leader by providing comfort and support to our waitstaff
Assist with the bar related tasks if required
Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
Understand traveller’s requirements and deliver service excellence with each traveller experience
Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings

Requirements:

An up-to-date LCQ
Relevant experience in a similar role in hospitality or hotels
Current working rights in New Zealand
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable, leads with integrity and honesty
Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
