Job Description:

Position responsible for all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service; oversees guest and employee satisfaction; maintains standards and financial goals; develops and implements business plans; provides excellent customer service; fosters teamwork and continuous improvement

Job Responsibility:

Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for Food and Beverage departments
supervises daily operations and manages employees
oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations
ensures exceptional customer service and resolves guest complaints
develops goals and organizes work
manages human resources activities, including performance reviews and coaching
ensures compliance with accounting procedures and laws

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
or, 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
