Job Description:

Position responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, beverage, and room service. Role emphasizes guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, financial management, and continuous improvement within operations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all food and beverage (kitchen, restaurant, beverage, and room service) operations
provide leadership and monitor team productivity
ensure exceptional customer service standards
conduct performance reviews and implement training programs
develop budgets and manage cost indices
drive departmental communication and alignment
ensure adherence to corporate procedures.

Requirements:

Knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
ability to develop and implement business plans for food and beverage
experience in managing financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans
strong interpersonal and communication skills
understanding and managing day-to-day operations
ability to coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members
familiarity with corporate accounting procedures.

familiarity with guest satisfaction and employee engagement results.
