Job Description:

The Food & Beverage Controller role involves managing food inventories, orders, and costs, maintaining records, conducting inventory audits, processing deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and adhering to company policies and food safety standards. The position requires professionalism, teamwork, and physical activity.

Job Responsibility:

Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs
Maintain clear and organized records
Conduct inventory audits
Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
Verify and track received inventory
Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports
Receive, unload, and process deliveries
Monitor PAR levels for food items
Report accidents and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Protect company assets
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Move over various surfaces as required
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Perform physical activities such as lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
Adhere to food safety and handling policies
Complete safety training and certifications
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
