Job Description:

Food & Beverage Expert role in Banquets team at The Westin Perth, responsible for providing excellent dining experiences and 5-star service to guests in various hotel outlets including Haven Lounge, Garum Restaurant, Executive Lounge, Mini Bar, In Room Dining & Events Operations

Job Responsibility:

Providing excellent dining experiences
Assisting with execution of 5-star service
Working in Banquets team

Requirements:

Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
Barista experience highly regarded
High tea service experience highly regarded
Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
Have a keen eye for detail
Able to work within a team
Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life

Nice to have:

Barista experience
High tea service experience
