Job Description:

The Westin Perth Hotel is a rejuvenating haven with luxury accommodation and 5-star amenities. The job involves supporting the Banquets team to provide excellent dining experiences and 5-star service for events and guests. Associates are expected to embody a passion for hospitality and professionalism while working in a collaborative and high-pressure environment. Marriott International emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and opportunities to grow within the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
Barista experience highly regarded
High tea service experience highly regarded
Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
Have a keen eye for detail
Able to work within a team
Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life

Nice to have:

Barista experience
