Job Description:

IKEA Croydon is looking to welcome IKEA Food Co-workers to join their team, providing delicious meals and joyful experiences. Tasks include food preparation, service in the customer restaurant, and sharing Swedish delicacies. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food
take payment at tills
clean and clear the work area
work behind the scenes
prepare food
safely use kitchen equipment
use stock ordering processes and procedures
secure quality ingredients and food safety
introduce vitality
reduce waste
ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed
support colleagues and create a positive work environment

Requirements:

Previous food and customer service experience beneficial
ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
self-reliant and motivated
ability to remain organised and detail-oriented
compliance with health and safety guidelines
applicants must be 18 years or older
