The Food and Beverage Team Leader position involves leading restaurant service, exceeding guest expectations, assisting with bar tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a high-quality food and beverage experience. The role also focuses on building guest relationships and supporting team development.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team
Assist with the bar related tasks if required
Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence through each customer experience
Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, ensuring your team feels empowered to make an impact
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

Requirements:

An up-to-date RSA
Relevant experience in a similar role
