Job Description:

Working supervisory position responsible for supervising and ensuring staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Assist management in training, scheduling, motivating and coaching employees, to ensure optimum performance, achieve the highest level of guest engagement and maximum profitability and serve as a role model for employees.

Requirements:

Hospitality Graduate or Certified Service Professional preferred
Minimum 3+ year's previous food and beverage experience required, preferably in a supervisory role
Excellent communication, verbal and written in English
Strong organizational skills required, must be detailed oriented
Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls
Demonstrate Advanced Knowledge of Food & Beverage, Wines, Spirits, Allergies
Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service, certification in alcohol awareness program and C.P.R is desirable
Experience with working with POS system. Oracle Hospitality Simphony desirable
Excellent guest service skills and flexible schedule
Be willing to work inside and outside under various weather conditions
Be able to work flexible hours, on weekends and holidays

Nice to have:

Certification in alcohol awareness program and C.P.R
Oracle Hospitality Simphony experience
