Food and Beverage Manager

• Leading and managing the overall Food & Beverage operations
• Ensuring excellent service quality, operational efficiency, and high levels of guest satisfaction
• Overseeing restaurant and bar teams
• Managing staffing and cost control
• Monitoring service and product standards
• Working closely with the kitchen and other departments
• Coordinating activities of all sub-departments
• Accountable for financial performance of restaurants and bars
• Planning and supervising employee work schedules
• Monitoring and controlling departmental expenses
• Ensuring compliance with departmental procedures
• Collaborating with managers to prepare proposals and develop annual business plan

• High school diploma/University degree (SSS/VSS)
• Minimum of three years managerial experience in the same position in high-category hotels
• Excellent command of at least two foreign languages, both spoken and written (English and German preferred)
• Outstanding communication skills, composure, and experience in professionally resolving conflict situations
• Experience in team management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both English and Croatian
• Must be from a European Union country
