Job Description:

Food and Beverage Coordinator Sales position at JW Marriott/Ritz-Carlton LALIVE, responsible for preparing sales documents, promoting brand image, implementing marketing programs, and coordinating food and beverage services.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Assist management team to develop, implement and execute revenue and marketing programs
Develop, coordinate and implement social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Serve as point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email
Coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events
Coordinate selling of all food and beverage in hospitality suites
Perform general office duties to support Champions and Room Service

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
