Food and Beverage Assistant

• Preparing and making meals using ovens and kitchen equipment to offer a taste of Sweden
• Maintaining a safety-first, fast-paced environment that ensures shopping, working, and dining remain safe
• Serving customers, taking payments, and cleaning the restaurant and bistro areas
• Preparing for the next day's trade
• Managing waste and working in a sustainable and cost-conscious way

• Prior kitchen and catering experience is a plus, but not required if you are hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team
• Enjoy serving customers, providing great customer service and a lovely Swedish meal
• Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy
• Due to health and safety regulations, all applicants must be over the age of 18
