Palings Flowers is seeking an experienced and creative Florist to join our small, talented team. We create bespoke floral arrangements for a portfolio of Merivale venues, bars, restaurants, and events, as well as a curated in-store retail experience in the heart of Sydney's CBD. This is not your traditional shopfront role—while you'll contribute to the retail offering, our work spans far beyond the counter. All team members are involved in venue styling, installations, and regular floral servicing across Merivale's diverse and ever-evolving spaces. From elegant restaurant vases to in-store bouquets to large-scale event florals, our work is refined, thoughtful, and always evolving.
