Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring an Flight Operations Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to support our Dispatch Requirements Group, part of the Customer Support Flight Operations Engineering Organization based in Seal Beach, CA. The Dispatch Requirements Group (DRG) is a critical part of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, responsible for developing and maintaining the Master Minimum Equipment Lists (MMELs) and Dispatch Deviations Guides (DDGs) for all Boeing aircraft models. Our team ensures that operational dispatch requirements are clearly defined and aligned with regulatory standards to support safe and efficient aircraft operations throughout the entire airplane lifecycle—from product development and certification to production and fleet support. We collaborate closely with various internal teams including Flight Sciences, Product Development, Flight Test, Sales & Marketing, and regulatory authorities to ensure that dispatch requirements meet all safety, reliability, and operational needs for all phases of flight, including takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, and landing. As a member of the DRG, you will play a vital role in enabling the safe and compliant operation of current and future Boeing Commercial Airplane products worldwide.
