Job Responsibility:

  • Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times
  • Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair
  • Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents
  • Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator)
  • Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly
  • A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
  • A positive, glass-half-full outlook
  • Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
  • A solutions-driven approach to problems
