Job Description:

This is a FLEX position. Serves as one of the initial points of contact for HQ campus related functions, HQ Tours, HQ Tour guide, Guest and Associate inquiries, and other functions as needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serves as one of the initial points of contact for HQ campus related functions, HQ Tours, HQ Tour guide, Guest and Associate inquiries, and other functions as needed
  • Serves as a point of contact for all associate workplace inquiries and assistance, including routing to appropriate Workplace Services/Facilities teams
  • Supports and assists with coordination of service requests for the Workplace Janitorial, Operations and Corporate Security Teams
  • Interacts professionally with all clients, guests, and Workplace Services team daily
  • Works collaboratively with other Workplace Services specialists to complete daily tasks and event planning as needed
  • Provides support to Workplace Management leadership on tasks/projects as needed
  • Anticipate associates service needs, including asking questions to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible
  • Address associate service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
  • Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt associate service
  • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently
  • Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures
  • Strives to improve service performance and actively promotes the Workplace Services team
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • Is proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook computer programs
